Quick reminder for the most recent PFC beginner class: This Sunday, May 9, is the official 10th (and final and this time I mean it) class. As usual, it will be from 5:00 to 6:00. The club session will also be as usual, i.e. 6:00 to 8:00.
The next IWFC beginner class will start Monday, May 17. To sign up, send an email or leave a voice mail at 238-3111 with the name of the fencer, age, and whether equipment will be rented or purchased. (Rental equipment goes out on a first come, first served basis so no guarantees on availability.) The class fee is $60, the equipment rental fee is $30 (plus $10 to purchase a glove), or equipment can be purchased for $110-130. Payment is due on the first day of class. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00, except for Memorial Day. If you've already told me you want to take the class, don't forget to let me know if you'll be renting or purchasing equipment!
